Senior Integration Engineer

Da Vinci is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integration projects for new & existing customers across Supply Chain platforms. You will be an expert in ERP & WMS integrations, as well as EDI transactions, including working with EDI documents in X12/EDIFACT, XML, CSV, and other application file formats. You have a deep understanding of core WMS functionality, inventory system considerations, and how common data flows through integrations. You also have strong experience integrating with ERPs such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, Infor, and Microsoft Dynamics. Working effectively with geographically distributed remote teams, including near/off-shore teams, is crucial in this role.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, develop, and implement scalable integrations with third party systems via API, FTP, or other methodologies
  • Collaborate with various teams including Implementation Consultants to ensure design and implementation is aligned with business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with API & EDI integration processing.
  • Improve performance and reliability of integration processes and system resources.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution.
  • Design, implement, and maintain EDI integrations related to Warehouse Management including 940/945, 943/944, 832, 846 and 850/856
  • Design and implement integrations with:
    • ERP systems including Netsuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Acumatica and homegrown systems
    • Small Parcel systems like Shippo, Easypost, Endicia, Malvern, DHL, and Stamps.com
    • Integration platforms including Dell Boomi, SPS Commerce, True Commerce, and Celigo
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python (C++, C#, or Golang is a plus).
  • Proficiency in database systems like Postgres and AWS RDS Aurora.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - You can articulate complex concepts / issues in a way that are understandable to nontechnical stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Significant experience with EDI integrations related to Warehouse Management.
  • Experience building integrations with one or more of the following is a plus:
    • Small Parcel systems like Malvern, Easypost, DHL, Stamps.com.
    • Accounting systems like QuickBooks Online.
    • E-Commerce/ERP/OMS systems like Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, Walmart, Magento, Dell Boomi.
  • Experience with implementing and configuring CI/CD pipelines for integration processes using GitHub Actions and Docker.
  • Experience with modern ETL architecture and frameworks such as n8n, AWS Serverless (Lambda, Step Functions) is a plus.
  • Experience working effectively with geographically distributed remote teams, including near/off-shore teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
